Your Order Pricing Payment & Online Security To ensure your online security all payment transactions are made through PayPal. Sensitive information such as card details are protected using state-of -the -art encryption, allowing customers to pay securely and easily. PayPal does not reveal your information to sellers. PayPal has developed industry fraud prevention measures to help protect you from fraud. Payments are made immediately, and are quicker than sending cheques or money orders and accepted worldwide. For more information on PayPal visit www.PayPal.com Delivery Delivery is free to Davies Odell aim to process your order within 1 working week (exc You can supply an alternative delivery address when you place your order if required, for example your work address. All orders less than 2KG are usually dispatched by Royal Mail. Order over 2KG are usually despatched by Courier. Overseas delivery We will where ever possible try to put you in touch with our nearest overseas dealer to cut down on shipping costs for our customers. Orders to the main European destinations are sent using Parceline couriers. Please note that due to variation in specific weight criteria (actual weight and dimensional weight) used by different couriers we cannot always estimate the cost of shipping goods overseas until the order is received. Be assured that we try to find the most economical way we can to ship your order. You will always be contacted to verify any changes to shipping costs and for confirmation of your order. Returns Procedure. If for any reason you have ordered an item of clothing in the incorrect size we offer a 28 days refund of the item cost or exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and use a recorded method of delivery. We regret that postage, packing and insurance is non-refundable unless goods returned are faulty or received in error. If you would like us to replace the returned item with another size of the same product i.e. size we won't charge you for carriage on the replacement. In the case of faulty goods as mentioned we will replace the item free of charge or give you a full refund including postage costs following the return of the faulty items in original packaging where possible complete with labels. Return items must be securely repackaged before returning. Davies Odell can not be responsible for any damage caused by poor packaging. How to return an item Once you have a returns number, please label your package as shown below. Returns Department ` (returns number / code) ` What do I do to cancel an order? If you want to cancel an order before we've despatched it, just phone us on 01933 410818 or send us an email on sarah@daviesodell.co.uk . We try to despatch things very quickly so you need to contact us as soon as possible! If the order has already been sent to you and you cancel it is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods and you will need to pay for the return postage costs. You will receive a refund for the goods only. We recommend that you use recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable for goods that go missing in the post.
