Statement.

This page sets out your rights and obligations and also those of Davies Odell, a company registered in England with registration no. 507461, in relation to this sites online shop.

By purchasing from the Davies Odell online shop, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, and you re-affirm the agreement every time you purchase. You should be aware that this Agreement may change from time to time.

Product Pictures

Davies Odell endeavor to provide you with the most up to date product information and to ensure that product images match the items supplied; however there may be subtle variations. For example the colour may vary slightly from that displayed in the image.


The Purchasing Process

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the online shop by using the category drop down product selector in the top left hand corner. If you then wish to purchase  the product you have selected choose the size required from the size drop down  list, and click the `Add to basket` button underneath. You can then review the  items you have selected to purchase in your basket by clicking the `Checkout`  button. If you have an existing PayPal account you can then pay using this  option, if not select the `secure checkout` button and pay.You will need to  input the payment details and confirm by clicking the `Pay` button. You will  receive payment confirmation by email.
You may cancel your order at any time; just putting items into the "basket" is not a commitment to buy. A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you, and your goods will be packaged & shipped from our factory.

Your Order

Davies Odell do our very best to maintain full stock levels of all popular lines and sizes. If for any reason an item is not available from stock we will contact you to let you know the new expected delivery date. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday will be processed the next available working day. Should an item you’ve ordered be out of stock, we will back order it for you. You will be e-mailed to let you know and we will give you an estimated waiting time or the option of canceling your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

Pricing

All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of current VAT rates but do not include any delivery charge. The prices quoted within may be subject to change without prior notice. VAT is not charged to customers outside the EC please speak to customer services for more information on overseas pricing.

Payment & Online Security

To ensure your online security all payment transactions are made  through PayPal. Sensitive information such as card details are protected using  state-of -the -art encryption, allowing customers to pay securely and easily.  PayPal does not reveal your information to sellers. PayPal has developed  industry fraud prevention measures to help protect you from fraud. Payments  are made immediately, and are quicker than sending cheques or money orders and  accepted worldwide. Delivery UK

Delivery is free to UK Destinations.

Davies Odell aim to process your order within 1 working week (excluding weekends and public holidays), although usually sooner.

You can supply an alternative delivery address when you place your order if required, for example your work address.

All orders less than 2KG are usually dispatched by Royal Mail. Order over 2KG are usually despatched by Courier.

Delivery times can only be used as a guideline and we will not be held  responsible for any losses suffered occurring from late delivery.

Overseas delivery

We will where ever possible try to put you in touch with our nearest overseas dealer to cut down on shipping costs for our customers.

Orders to the main European destinations are sent using Parceline couriers.

Please note that due to variation in specific weight criteria (actual weight and dimensional weight) used by different couriers we cannot always estimate the cost of shipping goods overseas until the order is received. Be assured that we try to find the most economical way we can to ship your order. You will always be contacted to verify any changes to shipping costs and for confirmation of your order.

Returns Procedure.

If for any reason you have ordered an item of clothing in the incorrect size we offer a 28 days refund of the item cost or exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and use a recorded method of delivery. We regret that postage, packing and insurance is non-refundable unless goods returned are faulty or received in error. If you would like us to replace the returned item with another size of the same product i.e. size we won't charge you for carriage on the replacement.

In the case of faulty goods as mentioned we will replace the item free of charge or give you a full refund including postage costs following the return of the faulty items in original packaging where possible complete with labels.

Return items must be securely repackaged before returning. Davies Odell can not be responsible for any damage caused by poor packaging.

How to return an item
Please  use the `contact us` or click the `Forcefield Enquiry` button on the website  and let us know that you wish to return an item. Alternatively phone us on  01933 410818 and ask for `the returns department`.you will need a `code` fro  your return item from us. we will require the following details:- Your contact  details including name, mailing address and telephone number. The original  order number for the item being returned, description and reason for  returning. we will then give you a returns`code` for your return  package

Once you have a returns number, please label your package as shown below.

What do I do to cancel an order?

If you want to cancel an order before we've despatched it, just phone us on 01933 410818 or send us an email on sarah@daviesodell.co.uk . We try to despatch things very quickly so you need to contact us as soon as possible!

If the order has already been sent to you and you cancel it is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods and you will need to pay for the return postage costs.  You will receive a refund for the goods only. We recommend that you use recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable for goods that go missing in the post.
